Individual Grants

· Eligible employees and retirees may apply for two $500 grants per calendar year.

· Each grant requires 20 hours of volunteer service.

Team Grants

· A team of four or more eligible employees and/or retirees volunteering on a specific project may apply for a team grant of $1,000.

· Each team grant requires at least 40 hours of volunteer service at the same location at the same time.

· Organizations are eligible to receive a maximum of $6,000 per year.

Eligible Recipients

· Includes most charitable organizations with tax-exempt status, i.e., 501(c)3.

· Includes political subdivisions (e.g., cities, counties, states, school districts, police and fire departments, etc.)

· Primary purpose of the organization must serve the community at large.

· Sectarian religious organizations do not qualify.

Making a Grant Application

· Retirees must register & create a password.

· Need employee number, preceded by two zeros.

Retirees can apply online for matching educational gifts and gifts to Charitable Organizations (501c3).

Your will have to have an Employee ID. You can obtain this number by following the questions below and you may have to add the leading zeroes.

Q.	My employee ID is not being accepted when I log in. Why is this?
A.	Your employee ID number must be 8 digits with leading zeros. For example: If you know your employee ID as being a six digit number then you will need to add two leading zeros (00123456 instead of 123456).
Q.	I do not know my employee ID number. Where can I get it?
A.	To get your employee ID number, call 866-901-6248.
